Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
  • Experience managing domain setup, hosting, and server tasks.
  • Ability to create custom forms and implement unique functionalities.
  • Understanding of schema markup, sitemaps, and technical SEO.
  • Prior experience in E-commerce, E-commerce startups, or F-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus.
  • Proficient in WordPress with strong experience in Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Yoast, Rank Math, Google Search Console).
  • Familiarity with custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, Laravel , React, Next.js, Tailwin
  • Ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong plugin and theme customization skills.
  • Database management (MySQL) and server configuration knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design high-converting, responsive websites (mainly WordPress)
  • Build custom WordPress themes or deeply customize existing ones
  • Develop using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
  • Manage cPanel, domains, hosting setup, backups, and security
  • Optimize websites for speed, mobile performance, and SEO
  • Install and configure Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Meta Pixel
  • Create product landing pages, campaign microsites, and sales funnels
  • Work with the design team to launch creative campaigns
  • Regularly monitor uptime, performance, and troubleshoot errors
  • Handle plugin updates, theme issues, broken links, and errors
  • Collaborate with marketing team for SEO and content alignment
