• WordPress Confirms 8 Pilot Events to Launch the Next Generation of WordCamps in 2023. There are also eight pilot events that have been confirmed and six of them will launch in 2023.
• WordPress Accessibility Day, an independent 24-hour virtual conference,will return in 2023 – this time under an official non-profit status. The first edition of the event was hosted in 2020 by the WordPress core Accessibility Team.

• Blocknotes App Runs WordPress Natively on iOS, Now in Public Beta. It was created by WordPress core committer Ella van Durpe and is powered by WordPress Playground, a project that runs the software in the browser without a PHP server.
• The WP Job Openings plugin has a new Job Alerts Addon that allows you to send daily email notifications to subscribers whenever new job openings are published.
• The most popular WooCommerce Stripe payment plugin with more than 900,000 active users. It was discovered by Patchstack researcher Rafie Muhammad on April 17, 2023, and patched by WooCommerce on May 30, 2023, in version 7.4.1.
• Achievement unlocks for SliceWP only 88 days. SliceWP hit 5k active installs on the WordPress plugin directory. Congratualtion.
